I’m so happy with the way my body looks except for my hips/thighs. Too bad my shin splints keep me from doing enough cardio to really help.
Tonight’s dinner was really good! Chicken tenderloins with red potatoes, asparagus & cherry tomatoes in honey-herb balsamic glaze.

I’m sitting at a comfortable 5’6”. It’s not really an issue for me; I never feel like I need to be taller or shorter. Average in this instance is a good thing. My build, though, is a little worrisome. I carry a lot of weight on my thighs and butt (and my boobs, which I don’t mind at all, lol). While I rather like having a nice, supple rear, my thighs have been an area of contention for me since I hit puberty.
Cheerios with skim: 150. (I have to eat breakfast due to hypoglycemia issues.)
Starbucks iced green tea: 0.
Starbucks iced coffee w/milk: 130.
Starbucks coffee (black): 5.
Homemade veggie stir-fry w/egg: 200.
Kashi TLC granola bar: 130.
Yoplait Light yogurt: 100.
I love love love working at Starbucks. Except when we have to sample out leftover food. So tempting.
